By using the DreamWise application, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Service Description
DreamWise is a mobile application that allows users to record their dreams, analyze them, and receive AI-powered interpretations.
- Dream journal keeping
- Voice and text dream recording
- AI-powered dream interpretation
- Dream statistics and analysis
2. Account Creation
You may need to create an account to use our app:
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must not share your account with others
- You must be at least 13 years old
3. Acceptable Use
When using the app, you must follow these rules:
- Comply with laws and regulations
- Respect others' rights
- Not misuse the application
- Not share harmful content
Prohibited Behaviors:
- Hacking or reverse engineering the app
- Sending spam or unwanted content
- Harassing or disturbing others
- Using the app for illegal activities
4. Premium Subscription
DreamWise offers paid subscriptions for premium features:
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through store settings
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to respective store policies
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content:
- Dream entries you create belong to you
- You grant us the right to process your content to provide our services
- We may use your content anonymously for analysis and improvement
Our Content:
- App design, logo, and brand belong to us
- AI-generated interpretations are provided by the app
- You may not copy or distribute our content without permission
6. Limitation of Liability
Important: Dream interpretations provided by DreamWise are for entertainment and personal exploration only. These interpretations:
- Are not professional psychological counseling
- Do not replace medical advice
- Should not be taken as definitive or scientific facts
We provide our app "as is." We cannot be held responsible for:
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Data loss (we recommend backing up)
- Issues from third-party services
- Accuracy or suitability of interpretations
7. Service Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the service:
- Add, modify, or remove features
- Update pricing (without affecting existing subscriptions)
- Temporarily or permanently discontinue service
8. Account Termination
Your account may be terminated:
- At your request
- Due to violation of terms of service
- Due to prolonged inactivity (12 months)
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding these terms:
- Are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Istanbul courts have jurisdiction
- Amicable resolution will be sought first
