Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how OwnerClick ("we", "us", "our") handles your personal information in the Paper Plane mobile game (com.ownerclick.paperplane) distributed through Google Play. By using the app you agree to this policy.
TL;DR: No sign-up, no email required. We process only your nickname and game score (if you opt into the leaderboard) plus standard analytics and ads data. We never sell your data.

2 What We Collect
The following data is processed when you use the app:

What we do NOT collect: name, email, phone number, address, photos, contacts, GPS location, calendar, microphone or camera data.
3 How We Use It
- Gameplay: Save your score and unlocked planes on your device.
- Leaderboard: Show your nickname and score in the global/weekly leaderboards (opt-in).
- Debugging & improvement: Crash reports and performance data to make the app better.
- Analytics: Understand which features are used (aggregated and anonymised).
- Advertising: Serve banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads.
- Legal compliance: Respond to legal requests where required by law.
We never sell your data and never rent it to third parties for marketing.
4 Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Personalised advertising.
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Leaderboard service.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Debugging, fraud prevention, service improvement.
5 Third-Party Services
The following third parties process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not have full control over these providers:

6 Advertising
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. Ads are the main source of revenue and let us keep the app free.
- Banner ads: Shown only on the main menu, never during gameplay.
- Interstitial ads: Shown occasionally on the game-over screen.
- Rewarded video: Shown only if you tap "Continue" — fully optional.
- The first 3 games are ad-free (new-user experience).
Opting out of personalised ads
On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation".
If you live in the EU/EEA/UK, AdMob will show a Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent dialog. If you decline, you'll still see ads, but they'll be non-personalised.
7 Children's Privacy
The app is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (in compliance with COPPA, GDPR Art. 8 and KVKK).
If you believe data from a child under 13 has been collected, contact abdulkadir.kilic@ownerclick.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

9 International Transfers
Firebase Realtime Database is hosted in the europe-west (Belgium) region. Google Analytics and AdMob may process data in the United States and other countries. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR-compliant transfers.
10 Security
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and protected by Firebase Security Rules. Despite our efforts, no internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR Art. 33.
11 Your Rights
Under GDPR Articles 15–22 and equivalent laws (KVKK Art. 11, CCPA, LGPD) you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure / be forgotten (see Data Deletion)
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to automated decisions
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

12 Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
