Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paper Plane mobile game ("App") developed by OwnerClick ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

1 Acceptance

By using the App you agree to (a) these Terms, (b) our Privacy Policy and (c) the Google Play Terms of Service. Together they form the agreement between you and us.

2 Age Limit

The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If you are under 13 you must not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 you must use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4 Account & Nickname

The App uses anonymous Firebase sessions. No email or password sign-up is required. To join the leaderboard you may pick a nickname.

If you violate these Terms we reserve the right to suspend your account, reset your score and pursue legal remedies.

6 Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Ads keep the App free for everyone. Ad content is the responsibility of Google AdMob and the advertisers, not us; we do not endorse advertised products. You can disable ad personalisation from your device settings (see Privacy Policy §6).

7 Intellectual Property

All graphics, code, sound effects, music, the logo and brand name (Paper Plane) and design are owned by OwnerClick and protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any part of the App without our written permission.

8 Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the App will always be available, error-free or virus-free. Leaderboard data may be lost; your device may experience battery drain or other technical issues.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnerClick (and its officers, employees and partners) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or reputation.

Our total liability shall not exceed USD 50 (fifty US dollars) or twice the amount you paid for the App (if any), whichever is greater.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OwnerClick harmless from any claim, demand or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may, at any time and without notice, discontinue, suspend or shut down the App. We reserve the right to block access to your account if you violate these Terms.

12 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. Your rights under mandatory consumer law are not affected.
